Americas Best Home Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "our") is a Wyoming limited liability company that sells residential property with owner financing and acquires property from owners and listing agents. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.
This policy covers americasbesthomesolutions.com (this site) and the two listing sites we operate: getownerfinancedhomes.com and casasconfinanciamiento.com. Each listing site also publishes this policy in the language it serves.
This website collects nothing from you directly. There are no forms on americasbesthomesolutions.com. If you want to reach us from here, you do so by phone, text or email using the details we publish, and we then hold whatever you chose to tell us.
Our listing sites have inquiry forms. When you submit one, we collect what you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, the property you are asking about, and your message. If you check the optional text-messaging box, we also record that choice as described in the SMS section below.
Information collected automatically. Our sites are served by GitHub Pages, whose servers record standard request logs — IP address, user agent, page requested and timestamp. We use these only to keep the sites running and secure.
What we do not collect. Our sites set no cookies of their own, use no advertising or behavioral tracking pixels, run no third-party analytics, and store nothing in your browser's local storage. We do not collect Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or payment card details through any of our websites, and you should never send them to us by web form, text or email.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to anyone for their own marketing.
Americas Best Home Solutions LLC offers text messaging to individuals who have provided express written or verbal consent to receive them.
Information collected. When you opt in to text messaging, we collect your mobile phone number, the date and time of your consent, your IP address if consent was given through our website, and the content of messages exchanged with us.
How we use it. We use your mobile number to send information about properties, showings, offers, transaction updates, and follow-up communications relating to your inquiry or our business relationship.
Sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We share mobile numbers only with the messaging service providers who deliver our messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
Opting out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. Reply HELP or contact us at admin@americasbesthomesolutions.com or (551) 550-9906 for assistance.

We do not set cookies on our websites, and we do not use tracking pixels, advertising tags, session replay or cross-site tracking of any kind. Because we set no cookies, there is no cookie banner and nothing for you to opt out of here.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. Since we do not track visitors across sites, there is no cross-site tracking for those signals to switch off.
We do not use Google Analytics or any comparable third-party analytics product. The only usage information available to us is the standard web server log described above, kept by our hosting provider.
These are the outside services involved in running our websites, and what each one receives:
Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, without exception.
We keep inquiry records for as long as we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterward, generally up to three years from our last contact.
Text-messaging consent records — the number, the timestamp, the IP address and the exact wording you agreed to — are kept for at least four years after you opt out, because carriers and regulators can ask us to produce that proof after the fact. Records we are required to keep for tax, contract or legal reasons are kept for as long as that obligation lasts.
Our sites are served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. We limit access to inquiry records to the people in our business who need them. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive identifiers such as Social Security or bank account numbers through our websites.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights. Write to us at admin@americasbesthomesolutions.com and we will honor any right that applies to you. We do not charge for these requests and we will not treat you differently for making one.
Our sites are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
